The sunrise is a beautiful sight that Mother Nature offer us every morning and everyone should attend.

Once you are out of bed go directly to the bathroom and put some cold water of your face. This will help you to wake up. Meditate for 5 minutes can help develop focus. Start the day with a coffee, I take mine black, no sugar no milk.
